Orders & Payments
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the available payment method.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order only if:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is unused and in original condition
Personalized or customized products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless received damaged.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.
Shipping
We provide islandwide delivery within Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Akshata Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
